Tara is simply the best! I loved her classes a few years ago, just moved back to Atlanta, and class was even better than I had remembered! She radiates such positive energy and intricately balances classes with strength and serenity. Love both the physical practice and what she says before class! Studio is also very clean and spacious. Just wish parking were easier!!!

Friendly and welcoming teachers. Great amenities - locker room facility is top notch and well stocked with shower supplies. Towels, mats, water, and locks available for rental/purchase/loan in case I forget mine. I always feel like I got my butt kicked at the end of class (in a good way).
Each and everyone is amazing and friendly! I feel at home with every visit and get so much from the classes. They are inviting and helpful and follow up with you.
Well, I don't mention CorePower much because I don't want it to get more crowded. Anyone who hears about it is gonna join eventually.

Extremely engaging, friendly, encouraging and professional staff and Teachers. This is actually my first experience with seriously practicing multiple times a week and truly happy that I've started with the CorePower Team at Ponce City Market.
