There's a great variety of classes for ALL levels of yogis, or even if I'm just in the mood for an easier class or want a serious work out, I can find a class I want. Love that classes range from 6 am to 9/10 pm at night since my schedule is kind of erratic in medical school. The teachers are always awesome and willing to help, and they always have great playlists! SO HAPPY there's a studio a 10 min walk away from my apartment now!
I love yoga - but I love how this challenges my strength as well. I do crossfit mainly, but find that this is the perfect combo of stretching and strength that I need in between.

Great instructor and very impressive studio! I was so happy that I decided to try a class there. The beginners class was set at a good pace, I was sweating but not struggling through the flow of the movements. I especially appreciated the hands-on adjustments from the instructor, Jennifer. That really helped me do my poses correctly and get a better workout.
I love that the room is heated, it is wonderful to know that you can go to a yoga class and know that your muscles WILL warm up as you move through the poses. I've been in cold rooms and never really met my stretch, which is not the case at CorePower :) The emphasis on working the core in every class is fabulous!
Great classes, great instructors, and clean classroom.
Altho I would love it if the classroom floor is wiped down faster after the previous class. I often stepped into a classroom full of sweat, and the cleaning just hasn't happened.
