Very nice staff, I loved how challenging the classes were, felt like a great workout with the added mental benefits of yoga. Also a really nice, clean studio. I think most importantly, for me, is that you have classes all day. I work from home and am not on a traditional 9-5 schedule, so I love that there are classes I can take late morning/lunchtime/early afternoon. Not a lot of studios offer that and it's a huge plus for me.

I love the variety if classes and the style of teaching. However, it's important to have more class times between 6pm and 7pm, especially for those who work full time. If I happen to miss the 6pm class, I would have to wait till 7:30 for the next one. I would recommend having an additional C2 and Sculpt class between 6pm and 7pm.
