Fantastic instructor and the sculpt class was structured differently than in Glover which kept me motivated.

I had a great experience at my first class yesterday and already planning to come back today. It was a very clean and friendly environment and amazing level of expertise on the trainer/coach.

My only regret is that the classes were really packed so there was little room to extend movements, but again, this does just confirm the popularity of the center and the level of professionalism you have.

the sculpt class is a great workout and all of the instructors are very personal. I also like that they all teach a little differently so that every class isn't repetitive.

Classes are very challenging! It's a great workout!

I like the motto that corepower office, the instructors are always consistent in their teaching skills and theory's and I feel like I get a good mix of yoga practice mind body and soul.
