Being able to check in online makes it very convenient to get a hair cut into my busy schedule. Also have yet to have a bad hair cut since I started coming a year ago.
Everyone is kind and knowledgeable. The service is efficient, and clean. I enjoy the concept of having something to distract the customer during their haircut, as well as the complementary VIP addition when its your first hair cut.
