The lady that cut my hair was great. Very personable and didn't rush me out of the chair. This goes a long way for clients. The place was understaffed so there was a long wait but I'm pleasantly surprised by the hair cut as I normally go to 'higher end' places.

They did a great job, but too expensive.

I have had terrible haircuts for years, going from barber to barber, salon to salon and have never had a good haircut that I actually liked. Yesterday I got a haircut from Carol at the Upper James location, and this has been the best haircut I have ever gotten. Nobody has ever worked with me more on finding what I want than Carol, she suggested exactly what I wanted from my photo, there was no rushing either. Great job on her, will be always going back to her.
