I like having the same person coming in for cleaning. He is open to feedback. However, this is a large building and 1 person can not do everything every night that needs to be done. Floors must be mopped every night including baseboards.

Debbie Hollingshed ALWAYS does a GREAT job cleaning for us and Nikki Covington does a GREAT job as our Auditor. Both are very friendly and professional.
Jan pro has always been very professional and reliable. They do a great job and if anything if you have anything that needs more detailed attention they are very responsive. I would highly recommend Jan pro for all your cleaning service.

everything is really clean and tidy
Cleaners have being going above and beyond - recently we moved some shelving around and opened up more space and came back to area sweeped out and tidied up. They also try their best to clean counter area which is a challenge because our staff do not leave their workstations tidy at all - so thanks for the effort.

Service is great, they clean very well and we have a center with a lot of dirt and grime due to being a clinic. They take care of the mess and resupply as needed. Very happy with their service so far!
