They are consistent with their service; they communicate well with the Administrative Office about issues they encounter while they are here, and I am able to communicate with them easily. I never have to worry if the facility is clean for the times that it is open. The personnel are courteous and professional. The floor waxing service they did for us over the summer was amazing!

The person that cleans our building is very through; he comes by every week just to see if there is any else that needs to be done so he can put it on his list. He goes beyond his duties. The other day it was raining hard when the staff was getting ready to leave, he offered us covering for our heads to protect us.
