The accountability
VERY disappointed in the message that Wesley Left in our office.. If a message like that was left to me by anyone I am paying for their services, I would not be using them again.
JanPro does a very nice job. Rarely is there ever a need to reach out with special requests, or concerns, however, if there is an issue they are very responsive. Dependable, consistent, and customer centric.
Jan Pro has done my office for oh so many years now and they just do a very good job each time they come. The people are very nice and they are very attentive to special requests that I might have that is over and above their normal procedure. Really enjoy working with them

The services are consistent in maintaining our facility..
What I like best is two things. First, the communication. Jan-Pro has kept us informed of changes and is always available to answer questions. Secondly is the service. Our office is completely cleaned with every visit. We are thrilled with the staff, service and communication from Jan-Pro!
JanPro does a great job keeping our office clean. They are very reliable and appreciated.
The fact that you will go out of your way to make sure we are happy with your service is reassuring.
I like that Brook comes out and inspects the church routinely and ask for feedback. I like that when we ask Johnny to give more attention to an area that he does it and responds cheerfully.

Good servive
I have heard comments from others about the work such as the game room floor has not looked so clean in years. Sparkling. Another about the women's bathrooms were really well cleaned.
My own observation, was the work in progress where I saw careful cleaning of the floor in the lounge. Very good to see the thorough job done.

Office is cleaned as scheduled over the week-end and always satisfactory.
We received compliments regarding the cleanliness of our building and we enjoy working with Pavlo and Tatiana.
Our replacement cleaning team is doing a wonderful job.
Staff is very friendly and helpful.
Our building is always clean, the staff is great and the owner, April, is really easy to work with.
