Mathnasium in Lino Lakes is one of the few places that offers calculus tutoring. My son was hesitant to do online tutoring, but it is working out well.

Mathnasium is just what our son needed to love math again. When we saw a drop in his confidence and became tired struggling with him over homework each night, we decided to try it for a few months. We were amazed at how quickly his attitude changed. His standardized test score shot up and he felt proficient in what he was learning at school. He works hard, but he knows that hard work has benefits and results. We’ve also seen this work ethic trickle over to other subjects at school. Math is his favorite again, and for that we are very grateful.
My daughter is learning the basics of Algebra after an unpleasant experience and is feeling very satisfied with the program and her progress. We are very happy with the accommodations you make for her as she lip reads and your instructors pull down their masks to communicate with her.
My son has been attending tutoring sessions at Mathnasium to help with AP Calculus. He has found the tutors very helpful. Attending Mathnasium had increased his confidence. We are very glad he enrolled in Mathnasium.
My daughter enjoys going and has begun to love math again. She has dysgraphia and school can be a struggle. Mathnasium has been a great experience.
My boys were reluctant to start knowing it meant more Math in their day but now that they have found an instructor they enjoy and listens to their concerns and makes it fun they enjoy their time and especially feel more comfortable with the subject I’m happy to say they actualily enjoy math now and we have zero homework stress and anxiety during the week. Their instructor has also showed them ways in which to problem solve that are easier to understand which I am so grateful coming from old school math techniques. So happy to be part of this program! Also have to mention the program coordination and facilitation with changes have been a great experience also

When I first started mathnasium I was nervous because I don’t really like asking for help. Every time when I come in I feel like I am in a judge free zone and am able to get the help I need. Mathnasium has helped my math grade improve drastically and additionally it helped me gain the confidence that I have in the subject overall.
Mathnasuim is very accommodating when it comes to scheduling. The program is the best in boosting a student self esteem.
This is a good place to help your child or children with their math skills. Since my son started going there, he had improved better than ever.

We brought our daughter to Mathnasium because in second grade, she said she didn't like math. We had a hunch it was because it didn't make sense to her and it caused frustration and self-criticism. So, our goal in coming to Mathnasium was to ensure she has a love for math, not to necessarily improve or excel, but just to love it. A year later, our daughter loves math and Mathnasium. The instructors care about the students and our daughter as a person- you can tell it is a strong community and a well-organized outfit. We love that they are in our neighborhood!
Our son has made quick advancement in his math skills and enjoys going each time. It has really helped build his confidence with math as well. Hands down would recommend to anyone looking for support or a challenge for your child.
A bout in math club at my daughter's school left her deeply interested in math while also incredibly frustrated that she "didn't know it all" - enter Mathnasium and while she still doesn't know it all (who does really, especially in 4th grade), she is equipped with the tools to work through problems more effective and efficiently and is excited to dive deeper into math. We all could not be happier with our experience with Mathnasium so far.

Grateful to be in the midst of our 2nd year at Mathnasium. Our son loves if there and is supported and is flourishing by the maple grove team. Beverly is an amazing director, always easy to communicate with. Timely in responding to rescheduling and always willing to work with us when we have a scheduling conflict. We can’t say enough good things about Beverly and her team. Everything flows down from the top and it’s clear here that the center has a top notch leader. Our daughter went from a D student to an A student with the help of Mathnasium. Taylor at the Lynnhurst location was amazing and found the best way to explain and work with her. They were nice and understanding and we are back again this year! ♥️
