Mathnasium Cypress has been a gift for our family. Two of our children have benefited from tutoring with this Mathnasium location multiple times over the years spanning elementary, middle school, and high school on and off as needed. Because of their interest in successful outcomes for my kids, they worked with me on the homeschool curriculum I was using for high school math and they also worked with my child who was attending public high school. Both kids definitely had grade improvements when attending Mathnasium Cypress location. I find their team to be genuinely interested in the growth and math ability in my kids and that means everything to me. I highly recommend checking out this tutoring team.

My daughter's math teacher emailed me on Sunday to say that my daughter had until Wednesday to do 6 assignments so that my daughter could improve her grades and get to at least 70. She was at 33. On Monday I asked the Mathnasium team to focus on helping my daughter. My daughter attended 3 classes before Wednesday. By Friday my daughter had already reached 70 points. Thank you Mathnasium team for her help. Another anecdote is that when my daughter started classes, she didn't really want to go. Currently she feels so motivated to go and she loves it, she also receives recognition and rewards for her effort and they give her prizes once she reaches certain scores

We love mathnasium! Our kids actually look forward to going every session and enjoy doing tons of pages of math problems here where it’s pulling teeth to get them to do them at home! Love the Lakewood location and the employees there. Everyone is so sweet! Miss Tinley is the best!

I’ve put two of my children through Mathnasium. My son was there most recently and he absolutely LOVED the program and more so the instructors. Having been an A student in Math for most of his life, his struggle began post Covid. He’d cry because his grades weren’t what they used to be. At the end of 5th grade , we learned that even though he was making A’s again, his first grades were going to keep him from Klevel Math. However, when his STAAR results came in , we were ecstatic to learn that he mastered the Math part of the test which got him into Klevel Math. Thank you Mathnasium!!!! This program corrected his struggles and prepared him fully for Staar. We couldn’t be happier. This program is worth every cent.

We would definitely refer Mathnasium to our friends as it a great place for off-school learning & coaching with a pleasant open ambience that promotes healthy interaction between tutor & students. Also with their regular tests and subtle awarding of the merit students , encourages kids to take tests without any added pressure to their performance . Tutors are also well rotated so kids don’t get too comfortable with just a particular tutor . Overall mathnasium seems to be doing the right things to make learning maths fun & interesting.
