Mathnasium has made a remarkable difference in my son's math performance. His test scores have improved significantly, from unit tests to benchmark and even state assessments. We began to see clear results just three months after enrolling.
At the beginning of the school year, his test scores were around 60%. Now, he's consistently scoring in the 80s, 90s, and even 100%. His confidence in math has grown tremendously, and he’s performing much better overall in school.

Mathnasium at Atascadero has the most friendliest, caring, and supportive team! They help build confidence and the love of learning with math. They are most welcoming to all and has helped our child believe in herself and see her strengths in a subject she found very challenging. She always looks forward to her Mathnasium sessions. Truly wanna be one of the best experiences in my life as a parent in terms of outsourcing care of some sort for your child. The advancement that my children have demonstrated from a very early stage of the experience has been completely mind blowing. Not only are they absolutely in love with the subject of math now, but they also are more interested in other subjects and have advanced past their grade level in math because of this experience. I cannot more highly recommend this service to any parent, especially if your child is at all struggling with math or it’s just generally speaking not that interested they make your children love the subject! My kids beg and ask when they are going.
I've seen my daughter become more confident and understand math concepts faster. Before she would get frustrated and cry with math, but now she feels confident and understands that if she doesn't understand something she can bring it up to her tutor. I also like that they review her classroom tests to correct any mistakes and anything my daughter might not have learned 100%. They are also flexible when we took a vacation for 3 weeks. I hope they continue to provide this flexibility and quality of service.

We have had a great experience with Mathnesium. It makes learning fun for the kids and motivates them. The management and tutors are wonderful and accommodating. We have definitely seen an improvement in my son’s math skills and he actually enjoys going there.

Absorb students’ study interests successfully
My daughter finds the tutoring in calculus effective. It is not clear whether this translates into a mastery of the subject matter on a standardized AP test.
The limited afternoon hours Monday-Fri at our local branch pose a challenge for scheduling tutoring sessions around a heavy high school curriculum and sports. Very Early morning or Evening hours and afternoon hours would be welcome.
