I only use the swimming pool but I find the staff very friendly and helpful which also includes those on reception.

Flexible times for swims
I ilke the booking system, pool and changing area are always clean and tidy and the staf are really helpful
The swimming pool for the lane swims is a great and much needed/anticipated addition to Hyde. The lanes for fast swimmers are a little too small and this sometimes affects swimming ability. Other than that, the staff are kind and welcoming.
I really enjoy the classes and the sauna and steam room. The gym is ok and has everything I need. I like that I can go to ITrain too.
