Staff are friendly, professional , knowledgeable and are very easy to talk to. I was very nervous about going because I have never exercised in my life, but I was made to feel welcome and I was put at ease from Jake, and all the staff I have met since.
Ive only been swimming so far and the staff are very efficient ,caring and helpful.

First of all I thank all the staff.they are delivering fantastic customer service in every area of Copley gym.honestly me and my other friends are addicted to this place beucse not once we heard any thing bad about the staff.they are very helpful and kind.always smile on there face.they listen to every thing u have to say and take it on board.any issue if ever we have strait away mangers get involved and resolve them.100/100 best gym ever.🙏🙏thnk u for amazing team of Copley gym.you guys are brilliant.

Very clean location. Everything you could need under one roof. Very friendly and helpful staff.
There is something for everyone of all ages. There is such a variety of things to do for children and Adults at times to suit.
You can pay for individual activites or pay monthly at a very competitive rate, where you can go swimming, use the gym and also take part in a wide variety of classes.
You will find all the staff are very friendly and helpful

Classes are great especially zumba
The front desk staff are friendly and welcoming and the atmosphere within the gym is positive.
Only issue and it's a small one is the showers, they're clean but having to press the water button constantly while having shampoo in your eyes is annoying.
I'd still recommend Active Tameside to others.

Steve’s Tuesday spin is great. He’s always helpful with arranging bikes etc. Only off-putting thing is 3 women who attend most weeks on the back row and talk loudly through the whole class or even sit on their phones. Steve has tried to address this but the women laugh it off.
