Plenty of machines in the gym, steam room and sauna work well most of the time
All areas are easily accessible and the staff and very friendly and helpful. The gym is a nice size and plenty of equipment

Centre very clean. Obviously had an overhaul during covid. Fresh tiles in steam room. Thermal spa nice and hot. The centre smells nice.
Classes excellent, ladies in the aqua class not territorial like they used to be over their positions in the water. Very friendly, fun atmosphere. The tutor even brought cream eggs for everybody for Easter.

Loved the class today, although wasn't expecting it to be so demanding (someone covering for a colleague). The teacher obviously knew what she was doing, tailoring the class to the attendees tbroughout (Gaynor). Hard work for me, but well worth it.

Loved Paul's spinning class which he covered for someone else on Tuesday.
I use both the gym & pool and both are lovely. However there are times when they could be cleaner. Hair in the showers the that has been there a couple of days as an example. Also the wait for broken locks on the shower doors to be fixed was ridiculous with only 1 shower being available before they were fixed. This is an easy job which should not take longer then a week With mixed sex changing rooms this is unacceptable.

Always met with a warm welcome, friendly hello. Team are great and all very polite. The facilities are good, pool is lovely and well maintained. I would like to be able to book a lane swim rather than turn up and hope its not too busy, so I can actually have a swim instead of dodging round people who have gathered in groups to have a chat 3 a breast, making it nearly impossible to swim round them. I have limited time and want to make the most of my swim time, not chat.

I only attend Copley once a week for the Sosa class in the dance studio so I can't comment on other facilities.
The dance studio is spacious, the instructor is friendly therefore the whole experience is enjoyable.
Really enjoyed the lane swimming after a long break.
