The location is very convenient for me, the staff are friendly and helpful and the facilities are clean and tidy.
I do yoga and Pilates classes which are great for me because the instructors Janet & Cathy-Ann are aware that I have a condition that sometimes doesn’t allow me to do everything in class. They get it and encourage me to try something different. The people in the classes are lovely too. Occasionally I use the pool as I can go at my own pace.
It’s friendly and love the fact there are all different age groups that attend the gym

I was advised to join by my g.p.surgery.My first introduction to the service were the two ladies at Copley ,they explained the service,making calls and giving me help and advice.
I quickly received a follow up call,again very professional,carefully going through the help and benefits available.
They enquired as to my requirements,facilities in offer and the various payment options.
The whole process from start to finish is a credit to the service.

Great App, flexibility and good classes suited to my needs.
It would be easiernif there was a way of contacting via messaging on the App, as I have tried to call some centres a number of times and not been able to get through. I appreciate they are busy.
Having fibro can mean I am not great in the morning and so I am limited in the time I can cancel bookings. Most classes I book are in the morning, as if Iam good, this is the best time for me.

The new pool is great but need more private shower facilities & also please install a spinner for the wet swim wear.
Staff are always friendly and helpful, nothing is too much trouble. Booking on system is simple to do.
