Services are good pleasant staff pity about civic cause we cant use all services but you are doing your best need to stop people getting in without paying some share cards

The facilities are clean and the staff are super friendly and helpful. There are plenty of different machines in the gym. The only thing I'd like to see added are medicine balls of different weights and mats for doing sit ups, planks etc.

Very clean, easy to use instructions. I would like to see staff insisting on mask use however as there didn't seem to be alot of members using them.

I don’t enjoy exercising but I have joined with a friend, we are both pensioners, which makes the coming to sessions more bearable and hopefully as I get more fitter I may just start enjoying it. Coming to Active Copley is very welcoming the staff are very friendly and very helpful I have joined for 6 months and hope to finish the course whereas before I have always given up.

I use the swimming slot on Wednesday evenings and feel very safe due to the processes in place.
