Friendly atmosphere, modern facility, clean, good value for money. I have only one criticism, the changing room is too warm, so by the time I’m dressed I’m sweating all over, need to reduce the temperature by 3 or 4 degrees.
Choice of classes. Nice buildings. Great atmosphere.
More Zumba / clubbercise or SOSA classes would be advantageous
There’s everything you need in the complex to full fill your exercise needs. It is well set out, and you get value for the monthly subscription
Even with the restrictions in place Tameside wellness is a well designed functional building with all you would need in one place, it as fabulous staff who cannot do enough for you and are copping very well under the circumstances, and i always look forward to going there..

I love how friendly staff are and how they’re normal people. You’ve got such a diverse staff team that it makes you feel comfortable to attend.
Warm friendly save environment good equipment
I enjoy the aqua aerobics, the staff are friendly, the instructor's are good, it's never boring and as I don't like the gym it does me good physically and mentally.
Clean pool and changing areas
Facility is amazing. Use the pool for my kids lessons, I use the gym and recently used the hyperbowl for eldest daughter’s birthday and kids loved it.
Like the new look not been for a while! Staff helpful and friendly!

Great relatively new pool that has a range of facilities. Staff are on hand and very helpful and maintaining a good system of safety whilst the COVID restrictions are in place.
During the covid pandemic like most people was scared to go back to the gym but comply active put my mind at ease with the online booking system and the gym sessions split down so that the equipment can be wiped down between each session is amazing also all the wipes and hand gel is great, 10 out of 10 for active fitness
