I like the teachers and the facility
I love it here! All the coaches are approachable and knowledgeable about what they're teaching us. And they're always mixing up the moves and formats so it keeps me (and my muscles) guessing and anticipating. It's a great environment at Method3!

I like the feel of studio and the quality of the workouts presented by the different teachers. what i don't like is the severe penalty for last minute cancellations. I have an on call job and have had to cancel late for which i am severely penalized
I like the coaches' motivational style, I like the encouragement I get from my fellow Partners, and I like the flexibility to be able to change a class within 1 hour of the class. Super helpful with my dynamic calendar!
