I've only attended one class at the River North location thus far, but I've been taking CorePower Yoga classes on and off for the past 5 years. I enjoy the music playlist, high energy and enthusiasm from the instructors, and the structure of the sessions.

For me I love the convenience. It is just a few blocks away from where I live. I like the early morning classes although since I have a knee injury I have been taking the C1 classes which are not available super early in RN

I love that yoga sculpt is easy to follow and upbeat. The results are nearly immediate and the classes are so addictive! Its working out harder than I ever have and actually enjoying it (which I never have!).
