Everyone is incredibly friendly and even though you go to the same class, there is still quite a bit of variety to keep it fun and interesting.

I like that there are many different times of day to choose from for a class.

I came to the River North location specifically to take Connor Mac's Sculpt class. It was fantastic! He is a great instructor, his sequencing builds in a way that makes sense, he provides helpful cues, he plays great music, he inspires and encourages you to work hard and have fun!

I really liked Emilie's class. I know it's a set sequence with HPF, but she had a great way of cuing and I really liked her music!
