I was looking for a certain brand of hydraulic motor for a customer, called and spoke to Nick Garbarino, got a quote that afternoon. Placed the order and Nick dropped them off the next day.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The part number I gave them had an insert, which I was unaware. So, had he not told me, I would have ordered the wrong part.

The people I dealt with were very helpful in solving my issue. Jeb Lacy and the other tech in the store were able to rig up a hydraulic hose that would hook to my machine even though there were no new hose ends in the store to build a new hose. What they put together worked great and is in operation as we speak. Thanks again.

Lucas was very helpful and up front when he wasn't sure how to handle the return. The UPS return did not happen since we don't have the APP it apparently needed and the store said they could not charge to another account in Foley. We would have to take it to Gulf Shores. Luck has it our driver was in Mobile and just dropped the (2) screws off.
We appreciate your help getting us the transmission parts we needed.

I buy parts from Jarod or Darrin depending what I'm looking for and both are very helpful.

Susie, who isn't a parts saleswoman answers the phone and tries harder that anyone to help when everyone else is busy.

Finally, you have two of my former co-workers over there in Nick Garbarino and Dallas Broussard, I don't know what you have either of them doing at Hydradyne, but our facility really suffered with their leaving and I personally miss both and would vouch for either as being hard workers who have excelled in our field and just as importantly, both are true leaders regarding kindness and respect for their fellow man.
