I really enjoyed my first class this past Monday (the level 1 class at 10:30am)! I like that the class was not overcrowded and it was very relaxing. I like the meditative quality and how it was done. The choice of music was perfect. Will be coming back for another class tomorrow and then joining officially!
love the 9:00pm HPF. Can we change up a little or create one that is slightly more difficult?

Clean facilities, friendly staff, consistent program from city to city , great instructors (most of them) . I travel a lot and it has been great to know that whether I am in Atlanta, Chicago, San Francisco, or Washington DC, I can always count on a consistent great yoga class to rejuvenate, and stay fit.
